FULL PRICE ITEMS 

We offer 7 days refund or exchange on any full priced item online + in-store. 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS ON SHOP PROMOTION 

We offer 7 days  exchange on Promotional Sale items if purchased Online because we  realise you  were unable to try on before purchasing. 

CLEARANCE SALE ITEMS 

We must say good-bye to Sale items. Any Sale  item can not be returned or exchanged.  These items are heavily reduced and  are sold as final sale. 

CONDITIONS OF RETURN 

  • Items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder
  • We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required for return.

Exchanges
Once the original item is received in store, the exchange item will be posted out to the customer at the customer's expense. Please include a pre-paid self-addressed satchel for re-posting. We will not accept exchanges on sale items.

Re-postage costs will only be incurred by Shop 12 if the original item received was faulty or the incorrect item was sent.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or if preferred, offered a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not accept refunds on sale items.

You can choose a refund, exchange, or store credit if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description 
  • Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
